How can I place an order?

1. Choose your product, select any available options, and add it to your cart.
2. Review the items and quantities, then proceed to checkout.
3. Enter your contact and shipping information.
4. Apply any valid discount code and check that the discount appears.
5. Review your order details, select an available payment method, and complete your purchase.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

After completing your purchase, look for an order confirmation at the email address you provided during checkout. If it does not arrive, check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. Still cannot find it? Contact us so we can help check your order.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Please email us as soon as possible if you need to update your order information. Changes can only be requested before the order enters processing. Once an order has been processed or prepared for shipment, modifications may no longer be possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests may be submitted before your order enters processing. Once fulfillment or shipping preparation has begun, cancellation may no longer be available. Contact service@umberali.com promptly with your order number.

How do I manage items in my shopping cart?

Open your cart to review selected products, adjust quantities, or remove items before checkout. To add another item, return to its product page, select your preferred options, and add it to your cart.

What payment methods do you accept?

Please refer to the payment options displayed at checkout and choose from the methods available for your order.

How does PayPal checkout work?

If PayPal is displayed as an available option, select it at checkout and follow the on-screen instructions to sign in and authorize payment. Review the order confirmation after completing the payment process.

How do I use a discount code?

Enter your code in the discount field at checkout and apply it. Check that the discount is reflected in your order total before completing payment. The code must be valid and your order must meet the offer's requirements.

Is checkout secure?

Complete payment through the checkout and the payment provider's instructions. Do not send your full card details, account password, or payment verification codes by email. If you encounter a payment issue, contact our support team without including sensitive payment information.

What should I do if an item is incorrect, damaged, or missing?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos of the items and packaging, where available. For missing products, tell us which items were not received. We will review the information and work with you on an appropriate solution.

How do returns or exchanges work?

How do I start a return?

Contact our customer support team before sending any product back. We will provide return instructions and further assistance. Please do not return items before receiving those instructions.
